If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your email address as well as the personal data provided voluntarily when you subscribed to the newsletter or in the context of newsletter enquiries in the Brevo newsletter tool (Sendinblue GmbH) in order to send you information about our products, services and special promotions via email from time to time. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

You can send us an application electronically via an online application. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) of the GDPR and Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In the future, we will utilise the d.vinci HR platform to manage, process and store the applicant data that we receive via online application or otherwise. Until the HR platform is finally launched, you can send us your application via the online form. The data is then automatically sent to us by email to job@backshop-tk.de or bewerbung@backshop-tk.de

It goes without saying that we will only use your information to process your application. Please note that emails sent in unencrypted form are not protected against access.

If you have applied for a specific position and it has already been filled, or if we consider you to be equally or even better suited for another position, we would like to forward your application on within the company. Please note that the integration of the aforementioned third-party provider services results in processing operations involving your personal data which involves a transfer of this data to the USA and, in the case of TikTok, to China, although there is no adequacy decision for China from the EU Commission, no suitable safeguards exist for the level of data protection, and not all aforementioned service providers are certified in accordance with the adequacy decision for the USA. As a result, it cannot be guaranteed that the same level of data protection will apply to this processing of your personal data in the USA and China as in the EU.

9. Right of Revocation and Right to Object

This kind of revocation affects the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data from the point in time at which you have issued us with the revocation. The lawfulness of the processing of your data up to the time of your revocation remains unaffected.
