Bio Breadness- new cooperation partner of Backshop Tiefkuehl GmbH

Backshop Tiefkuehl GmbH and Bio Breadness GmbH have agreed to cooperate on selected products. The aim of this cooperation is to offer the food service sector attractive alternatives with high-quality organic products in order to be able to continue increasing the organic share in their own range in an uncomplicated manner.

For two years now, Backshop Tiefkuehl GmbH has been using its cooperation partnership model to establish long-term and stable business relationships with selected producers of attractive baked goods brands. The aim of these cooperations is to ensure a product selection that is as varied as possible and of the highest quality.

With the acquisition of Bio Breadness as its seventh cooperation partner, the full-range supplier for bulk consumers is expanding its organic selection. This is also an effort to provide the food service with an easy way to increase the organic content of their offerings with alternatives to the standard products they have been purchasing.

"Against the backdrop of the introduction of the new "out-of-home catering" regulation (German: Außer-Haus-Verpflegungsverordnung) by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, the topic of organic is also gaining in importance for foodservice," says Christian Sommer, business manager at Backshop. "That's why we're all the more pleased that we've been able to win over another expert in Bio Breadness, which ideally complements our existing range with its product quality."
