The organic wholemeal baguette is made from 100% wholemeal wheat flour and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. The baguette has a mild taste and is very moist in the crumb due to its long dough. The seeds on the surface of the baguette are roasted during baking and give a rounded taste to the whole baguette.
