Social Engagement
Backshop sees itself not only as a commercial enterprise, but also takes its social responsibility very seriously. With this in mind, we support social organisations and institutions whose work we consider particularly valuable.
Bus Vierjahreszeiten e.V.
We support the Vierjahreszeiten bus, which distributes food, drink, cosmetics and clothing to homeless people in Halle. The charitable organisation in the Halle area relies on donations. Backshop is happy to give financially to this good cause.
Verein zur Förderung krebskranker Kinder e.V. (Halle/Saale)
The association for the support of children with cancer (Verein zur Förderung krebskranker Kinder) in Halle (Saale) fights with dedication against one of the toughest challenges facing children and their families. The association provides psychosocial support and counselling not only for the sick children and young people, but also for their relatives and families. A worthwhile organisation that we are happy to support.
Stiftung Kinderhospiz Sternenbrücke e.V.
The Sternenbrücke children's hospice in Hamburg supports children with life-shortening illnesses and their families not only in the last phase of their lives, but also during the illness, which often lasts for many years. We at Backshop Tiefkühl GmbH are proud to be able to play our part in maintaining this valuable work.
