This year, for the first time, we underwent the comprehensive EcoVadis audit to assess our commitment to the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainability. The EcoVadis assessment is a recognised benchmark for measuring corporate sustainability performance. It also takes into account compliance with the LKSG (Supply Chain Sustainability Act) standards.
We are proud to have scored 55 out of a possible 100 points in this first evaluation. This places us in the strong midfield of our sector and shows that we have already built a solid foundation. It is particularly pleasing that we are in the top 43% of companies in the sector.
Our result is an incentive to further expand our efforts in the area of sustainability and social responsibility. The assessment confirms that we are on the right track and motivates us to continuously improve our processes and standards.
The journey has only just begun and we are determined to make even greater progress in the years to come.
