Puff pastry forms as the basis for your creative ideas from savoury to sweet. Simply take the desired number of pastry sheets out of the freezer and allow to defrost for 10 minutes. Re-roll the dough to the desired thickness and fill and shape as desired. Length: 42 – 47 cm, width: 24 – 26 cm, height: 0.5 – 0.6 cm.
