The organic wholemeal-wheat crusti is a wholemeal roll and is sprinkled with oat flakes. The roll has a mild aromatic taste and is very moist in the crumb due to its long dough. The oat flakes on the surface are roasted during baking and give a rounded taste to the whole roll.
