The organic spelt rusti is a spelt roll with a sprinkling of poppy seeds and sesame seeds. The roll has a mild spelt-typical taste and is very moist in the crumb due to its long dough. The seeds on the surface of the roll are roasted during baking and give the whole roll a rounded taste.
