To strengthen our international footprint in the United States, we are introducing a new strategic brand: “bakehouse USA”. Under this name we channel decades of experience in exporting European baked goods, tailored specifically to the US market. The new brand has make its first public appearance from June 1 to 3 at the IDDBA in New Orleans, where selected products from the FDA-compliant “bakehouse USA” range have been presented at stand B7148.
The creation of the brand is the result of over ten years of commitment to the American market – combined with a steadily increasing demand for high-quality European baked goods and the growing need to unite the proven range under a regionally compatible name. “bakehouse USA” stands for excellent product quality, product range diversity and tailor-made solutions for the various customer groups in the food service, hotel and retail sectors.
The portfolio that we were presenting at the trade fair includes, among other things:
- Products from the local “Backshop powered by Jochen” line – including popular sourdough breads and classics such as Sylt bread
- Fine cakes and tarts that set visual and taste accents
- Gluten-free specialties and
- Grain-only bread that does not require any flour.
